The daily to-do list is never ending. You rush through your day, overwhelmed, from one task/appointment to the next. You feel like there is not enough time in the day to complete everything that needs to be done. What would you think if I were to suggest that you could possibly fit even more into your already jamb-packed day?
Accept my 10 minute challenge today and see how much more you can actually get accomplished. How many times a day do you find yourself with just a small amount of idle time before our next task or appointment? Utilize these few extra minutes before you have to leave the house and get some quick tasks completed. You’ll be amazed how these small steps can add up to big accomplishments. Here are just a few ideas of how to spend your “extra” time:
• Schedule Dentist or Dr’s appointments
• Straighten the kitchen or family room
• Load/unload the dishwasher
• Sort through your in-box
• Pay a few bills
• Clean the mirrors, sweep the floor
• Start a load of laundry
• Make a grocery or to-do list…
Challenge yourself and create a list of your own, what do you think you can get done in just 5 or 10 minutes? You may be surprise and find that you feel more organized and in charge of your day.
Another thought – Have you ever noticed how much you can get done while being on the phone with a friend?
